Ballet-Vorticism
Recently, Natan has been in constant pursuit of new lines of thought that can depict the particularities of her conception of and dialogue with the cultural atmosphere of the modern day. Corrida (bullfighting) is replaced by sport, sport by theater, theater by ballet. The artist focuses on the intensity of contact. This can be monological - focusing on inner experience and self-reflection, or dialogical - emotionally antagonistic, when harmony and dischord become dominant, or polylogical - when passionate energy becomes a sort of vortex, as if the work is neo-vorticism. Temporal distance from classical vorticism and a more open national character thankfully allow public discussion of this.
Ballet, embodied by painting,
in it, passion and artistry.
Music in dance, where
every shade
of every step is considered.
And every gesture measured
by the complex structure of the approach
to the very source.
Words are unneeded -
desire takes their place.
Meetings or sacrifices
for an undefined goal.
Still, desire in dance
is not defined by you,
but by the will of the one
who penetrates the heart of dance,
and himself becomes its heart.
He is behind the scenes,
builds the continuity of
everything that happens.
And he finds harmony in movement.
His will is steadfast,
and the world becomes a stage
